Our Merchandising team understands, analyses the product, customer requirement & co-ordinates with them with daily updates, clarifications, approvals to meet the perfection in all aspects to meet the confirmed delivery date. The customer is updated on a weekly basis with order flow chart accurately monitoring the status of each shipment is transparent & very open. Our team involves in costing, sample, order confirmation & have close follow up of the same with the vendors from yarn to shipment.

A Quality department with well-experienced & dedicated professionals taking care of the quality of the product in all aspects & ensures the approvals are perfect enough to start the production by having a production planning meeting to meet the schedule. Group discussion with the entire team to discuss all concepts need to be taken care in prior to have a better idea of execution of the product with quality.

We work on all shipping terms FOB, C&F, LDP, DDP shipments. Our documentation & logistics team takes care of complete shipping activities with updates of copy documents, schedules & tracking till the cargo is delivered to the customer’s warehouse as committed. Thus, maintaining a good track record of close follow up.
